Multi-Caterpillars Haul-off Unit

This project is a set of Multi-Caterpillars Haul-off Unit for a Kazakhstan customer. The customer uses this haul-off machine to match their WPC profile extrusion line for producing decorative profiles.

Our team selected suitable multi-claw traction structure according to the customer’s profile shape and production speed requirements. We optimized the traction belt and speed control system to ensure stable pulling force without scratching the profile surface. After equipment delivery, we provided remote technical guidance and online operation training for their workers.

The customer runs the haul-off unit smoothly after installation. The finished WPC profiles keep stable dimension tolerance. The customer is satisfied with the reliable performance and fast spare parts support. We keep long-term contact for technical consultation and after-sales service.
