PVC 16-63mm Double-strand Pipe Extrusion Line for India Client

We supplied a full set of PVC 16-63mm one-out-two pipe extrusion production line for an Indian customer. The customer mainly produces PVC water supply pipes for local construction market.

Before order confirmation, our team made customized technical layout according to the customer’s factory space, raw material condition and target output. We finished machine assembly and full load running test in our workshop before shipment. Our after-sales engineer went to India for on-site installation, commissioning and worker training.

After start-up, the line runs stably and meets the designed output. The customer is satisfied with machine performance and our after-sales support. Up to now, they have placed repeated orders for spare parts. This project helps the customer expand their local PVC pipe business.
