SJ Series Single Screw Extruder

This project is a set of SJ Series Single Screw Extruder for an Egyptian customer. The customer uses this extruder as the main driving unit for their PE pipe production line, producing water supply pipes for local construction projects.

Our engineering team confirmed the screw diameter and L/D ratio according to the customer's required pipe range and output target. We optimized the screw structure and temperature control zones to ensure stable plasticizing performance and low energy consumption. Before shipment, we ran a full factory test with the customer's raw material to verify output and melting quality. After delivery, our technicians provided online installation guidance and operator training via video call.

The extruder has been running smoothly for months. The customer reports stable output, consistent pipe wall thickness, and low maintenance frequency. They are satisfied with the machine performance and have placed a second order for another production line. We continue to provide technical consultation and spare parts support for their long-term production.
