WPC Door Panel Extrusion Line for Saudi Arabia Customer

This project is a complete WPC door panel extrusion production line for a Saudi customer. The customer produces decorative WPC door panels for local real estate and interior decoration industry.

Our team designed the whole line according to customer’s product size and formula requirements. We optimized the vacuum shaping system and hauling & cutting unit to guarantee flat panel surface. After machine delivery, we provided remote technical guidance and online training for their operators.

The customer successfully produced qualified WPC door panels after commissioning. The finished products sell well in the Saudi market. The customer highly recognized our machine quality and professional technical support. We maintain long-term communication for technical update and spare parts supply.
