KingJoy Upgrades WPC Profile Extrusion Machine Technology

KingJoy R&D team has completed technical upgrade on WPC wood plastic profile extrusion production line. The optimized machine features lower energy consumption, more stable running performance and easier operation.

The upgraded equipment can produce WPC door frames, wall panels and other profiles with better surface finish and higher output. Our engineers adjusted the screw structure and temperature control system after repeated testing. This new design can adapt to different raw material formulas, helping customers reduce production failure rate.
