Before electroplating the workpiece

  • After the workpiece is processed, the surface should be chamfered and deburred. Bumping and hitting are strictly prohibited.
  • Remove various macroscopic defects such as grease, cooling cutting fluid, burrs, rust, scratches, and oxide scales from the surface of the workpiece.
  • The workpiece shall no polishing or scratching phenomenon, and all workpieces that can be processed by machine tools shall be processed by machine tools.
  • All workpieces for drilling and tapping need to be chamfered.

After electroplating the workpiece

  • Conduct quality inspection on the workpiece, check for defects in the coating, etc.
  • Carefully package and handle to avoid damage during transportation and storage.
  • Centrally placed in the workshop, do a good job of protection, do not directly touch the ground.
  • All workpieces must not undergo secondary processing after electroplating.
  • During installation, avoid collisions and wear clean work gloves to ensure the cleanliness of the workpiece's appearance and prevent any appearance defects.
