Our company has a series of modern and high-precision processing equipment, including wire cutting, machining centers, CNC machine tools, 3D simulation systems, etc., which can process and produce various types of pipe head moulds.

 

Core advantages:

  • Automatic CNC machine tools have high machining accuracy and small errors in pipe moulds.
  • Customized pipe mould support: design and production based on customer specific requirements.
  • The pipe mould is made of 45Cr mould steel material, quenched, tempered and forged, with high strength, wear resistance, and high mould accuracy.
  •  The pressure of the pipe mould head is low, and the melt residence time is short;
  • The flow characteristics of the overall flow channel of the pipe mould are very good;
  • Ideal residence time and the ability to set target temperature guidance for shear sensitive materials;  
  • Pipe mould: wall thickness control is uniform and reasonable

 

Application scope:

PE pipe mould, used for producing water supply pipes and gas pipes, etc.

PP pipe moulds are mainly used in conjunction with single screw extruders and other equipment to produce PP-R plastic pipes.

PVC pipe moulds are used for producing solid wall pipes, foam inner spiral silencing pipes, hollow inner spiral pipes, water supply pipes, drainage pipes, spiral reinforcement pipes, mining pipes, communication equipment (wires and cables), PVC fiber reinforced hoses (network pipes or snake skin pipes), etc;
