This SJZ51/105 conical twin‑screw PVC edge banding production line is used for manufacturing furniture PVC edge banding strips. It is equipped with SJZ51/105 conical twin‑screw extruder, 300 single mixing machine, cooling sink, 2 sets of glue application and traction integrated machines, 4 sets of winders with meter‑counting alarm device, one‑out‑four mould, 2 sets of embossing wheels and 1 set of packaging machine. It supports high‑efficiency one‑out‑four production for both plain and embossed edge banding. Finished edge banding features uniform thickness, good flexibility and stable surface quality. Widely applied for cabinet, wardrobe and furniture edge sealing. Full‑set equipment supplied, installation and commissioning technical support is available.
