This 800/2500 Hot & Cool Mixing Unit belongs to High Speed Mixer series. It is SRL-W type hot and cold combined mixer, hot pot 800L, cooling pot 2500L. Specially designed for PVC powder mixing, drying and homogenizing with additives. Hot mixing adopts high-speed stirring for fast heating; cold mixing tank rapidly reduces material temperature to avoid material degradation. The mixing pot uses stainless steel lining, wear-resistant mixing paddles. Equipped with PLC automatic control, automatic temperature measurement and discharging system. Widely matched with WPC, PVC profile, sheet and pipe extrusion lines for raw material preparation.
