It is dedicated extrusion equipment for producing PA66 glass fiber reinforced thermal break strips used in aluminum thermal insulation windows and doors. Equipped with single screw extruder, vacuum calibration table, haul-off machine, cutting machine and stacking unit. The line processes PA66 resin plus glass fiber to make rigid thermal barrier strips. Finished strips feature high tensile strength, low thermal conductivity and stable dimension. Moulds can be changed for different strip cross-sections. PLC control ensures continuous and stable production for aluminum profile insulation accessories.
