This 75-250mm PVC-O OPVC Pipe Production Line belongs to PVC Pipe Extrusion Machine series. It is specialized biaxial orientation extrusion line for producing OPVC molecular oriented PVC-O water supply pipes. Equipped with conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, online biaxial stretching orientation unit, haul-off machine, cutting machine and stacking rack. The PVC pipe gets molecular orientation after stretching, featuring high impact resistance, high ring stiffness, thin wall and long service life. Moulds can be replaced to produce 75-250mm different diameter PVC-O pipes. PLC touch screen control ensures stable continuous production for water supply engineering.
