Product Description
This HDPE 20-125mm Pipe Extrusion Line belongs to PE Pipe Extrusion Line series. It is a dedicated production line for manufacturing HDPE water supply and gas pipes with diameter from 20mm to 125mm. The whole line consists of single screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine and pipe stacking rack. Adopting HDPE resin as raw material, finished HDPE pipe has high toughness, corrosion resistance, good flexibility and long service life. Different pipe diameters within 20-125mm can be produced by replacing moulds. PLC touch screen control realizes stable continuous production, widely used in water supply, gas transportation and pipeline engineering.
