This PVC Roofing Tile Production Line belongs to Wall Panel Production Line series. It is dedicated extrusion equipment for producing PVC plastic roof tiles. The whole line consists of conical twin-screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration table, haul-off machine, cutting machine and stacking rack. Using PVC powder formula as raw material, finished PVC roof tile has excellent weather resistance, anti-aging, waterproof, fire retardant and lightweight features. It is widely used in factory buildings, warehouses, farm houses and countryside roof renovation. By changing moulds, different wave shapes and thickness of PVC roof tiles can be produced. PLC touch screen control ensures stable continuous production.
