This PVC Edge Band Production Line belongs to Profile Extrusion Line series. It is professional extrusion equipment for manufacturing PVC furniture edge banding tape. The whole line consists of single screw extruder, edge band mould, cooling water tank,  haul-off machine, cutting unit and automatic winding machine. Using PVC compound as raw material, finished PVC edge band features smooth surface, good flexibility, wear resistance and rich color options. Different width and thickness edge bands can be produced by changing moulds. PLC touch screen control ensures stable continuous production, widely used for cabinet, wardrobe and furniture edge sealing decoration.
