This PE PP Wood Plastic Profile Extrusion Line belongs to Profile Extrusion Line series. It is professional extrusion equipment for manufacturing PE and PP based WPC wood plastic composite profiles, mainly for outdoor application. The whole line consists of single screw extruder, WPC profile mould, vacuum calibration table, haul-off machine, cutting machine and stacking rack. It adopts PE or PP pellets mixed with wood flour as raw material. Finished PE/PP WPC profile features excellent weather resistance, UV resistance, waterproof, anti-mildew and anti-termite performance. Different cross-section profiles such as outdoor decking, railing, fence and pallet slat can be produced by replacing moulds. PLC touch screen control ensures stable continuous production, widely used in garden landscape, outdoor terrace and construction engineering.
