The production of door seal molds follows a rigorous process route to ensure their processing accuracy and service life. The core process is as follows:
1, Drawing design and material preparation
(1) Design based on the drawings or physical samples provided by the customer. If there are no drawings, a door seal projector can be used for precise surveying.
(2)The mold material is made of 40Cr mold steel, which is quenched, tempered and forged to improve the strength, wear resistance and impact resistance of the mold, ensuring the machining accuracy of the mold.
2, Core precision machining
(1)Grinding machine processing: Ensure the flatness and dimensional accuracy of the mold substrate.
(2) Wire cutting: Processing to form the core contour and cavity of the mold.
(3)Drilling hole
(4)Milling edge
(5)Electroplating and polishing treatment: to reduce surface roughness and improve demolding effect.
(6)Blow needle cooling
(7)After the mold assembly is completed, laser marking is carried out for easy identification and differentiation.
3: Trial molding and factory inspection
After the mold assembly, a trial mold is required to verify its actual molding effect.
The trial sample can only be arranged for shipment after passing the inspection.
