This project is a set of SRL-W Horizontal Mixer Unit for a Poland customer. The customer uses this mixing machine for PVC powder formula mixing, supporting their PVC profile extrusion production.

Our team selected the suitable model according to the customer’s hourly output and raw material formula. We optimized the mixing rotor and temperature control system to ensure uniform mixing of PVC powder and additives. Before shipment, we tested the mixing effect with customer’s raw materials. After machine delivery, we provided remote technical guidance and online training for their operators.

The mixer runs stably after commissioning. The mixed material has good uniformity, which effectively improves the finished profile quality. The customer highly approves the equipment performance and quick after-sales response. We maintain long-term communication for technical advice and spare parts supply.
