The PE/PP double wall corrugated pipe production line is a third-generation improved product of Qingdao Zhenxiong Machinery. The extrusion output and pipe production speed of the main machine have been significantly increased by 20-40% compared to previous products. It can achieve online expansion to ensure that the performance indicators of corrugated pipe products meet customer requirements.

  • The extruder is designed with a professional double separation structure for the screw according to the characteristics of the raw materials; Configure two single screw extruders, equipped with professionally designed corrugated tube extrusion dies, to achieve stable extrusion with high output.
  • The corrugated forming module adopts an innovative pressure water direct cooling structure, allowing the cooling medium to circulate inside the module at a high flow rate, resulting in high cooling efficiency and ensuring higher production capacity of the PE/PP double wall corrugated pipe production line.
