High Automation Plastic Wire Making Machine Broom Wire Production Low Maintenance 

The paint brush wire/broom wire production equipment is equipped with a professional reducer for the extruder. The gears and shaft components are made of high-strength alloy steel, processed by carburizing, quenching, grinding and other processes, and equipped with oversized thrust bearings. It has the characteristics of high load-bearing capacity, stable transmission and high production efficiency.

 

Core advantages:

●The material of the screw and barrel is 38CrMoAL/A, treated with nitriding, with low noise, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.

●The barrel of the paint brush wire/broom wire production equipment is cooled by air, When the temperature exceeds the set limit, it automatically cools down, maintaining optimal operating conditions. The heating method is ceramic stainless steel heating ring heating.

●The head mold (with metering pump) of the paint brush wire/broom wire production equipment is made of high-strength mold steel, which is wear-resistant and high-precision. Furthermore, the die head’s structure has been carefully optimized. As a result, the equipment ensures a more uniform wire output, enhancing the overall quality of the paint brush and broom wires produced.
●The production line is equipped with a vertical plastic dehumidifying and drying machine, which has functions such as automatic operation timing and automatic overload protection with alarm, ensuring uniform drying.
●The hot water tank of paint brush wire/broom wire production equipment adopts overflow type, and the single wire is heated more fully; the drawing machine is driven by helical gears, and the operation is more stable.
●The paint brush wire/broom wire production equipment is equipped with a fully automatic temperature control switchboard, a digital display intelligent temperature control instrument, and the contactor adopts Siemens electrical appliances and Omron temperature control meters, with high control accuracy.
●The paint brush wire/broom wire production equipment is equipped with an automatic drying hopper and an automatic feeder, with a high degree of automation and reduced labor costs.
●Double-station winding machine (formula-shaped wire collection rack) (two circular telescopic adjustable wire collection racks are also equipped)
●The wire blanks extruded by the paint brush wire/broom wire production equipment are water-cooled to control the crystallinity of the plastic and ensure the elongation of the blanks when stretched.
●The oven flow channel is specially designed to be more energy-saving and the hot air is evenly distributed.
