This 700-1200mm HDPE Pipe Extrusion Line, also known as Large Diameter PE Water Supply Pipe Making Machine, belongs to PE Pipe Extrusion Line series. It is a professional extrusion production line for manufacturing large-diameter HDPE water supply pipes. The whole line consists of single screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine and stacking rack. Adopting HDPE resin as raw material, the finished large diameter PE pipe features high toughness, corrosion resistance, excellent flexibility and long service life. Different pipe diameters within 700-1200mm can be produced by replacing moulds. Equipped with PLC touch screen control system for stable continuous production, widely used in municipal water supply, water conservancy and pipeline engineering.
